Winnie Holzman Biography

Winnie Holzman is an American playwright, screenwriter, actor, and producer. She is best known for writing the book of the Tony Award-winning Broadway musical Wicked and for creating the television series My So-Called Life. She also co-wrote the screenplays for the upcoming two-part movie versions of Wicked. Holzman's other television work includes the series Thirtysomething and Once and Again.
