Neither Brave Nor New, ‘Captain America: Brave New World’ Gets the Job Done. Anthony Mackie and his trusty shield soar in the action-packed ‘Captain America: Brave New World,’ a right-up-the-middle, back to basics Marvel thriller. “You’re not Steve Rogers,” growls President Thaddeus “Thunderbolt” Ross (Harrison Ford) at Sam Wilson (Anthony Mackie) during one especially tense moment in ‘Captain America: Brave New World.
