Plot Summary
The life of former first lady Jacqueline Bouvier Kennedy (Jaclyn Smith) is examined in this biopic. From her life as an affluent debutante to her time working as a photojournalist for The Washington Times-Herald to her marriage to politician John F. Kennedy (James Franciscus), Jackie's life becomes a focus for many during those years. But pain and hardship also define her time in the spotlight when Kennedy is assassinated and she becomes the face of a grieving nation.
