2112; the summer before Akane Tsunemori was assigned to Division One of the Public Safety Bureau's Criminal Investigation Department. Teppei Sugo, an accomplished pilot of the Defense Army's 15th Integrated Task Force, joins the military operation in Okinawa. Three months later, an unmanned combat drone opens fire on the Ministry of Defense in Tokyo. Psycho-Pass: Sinners of the System Collection

This theatrical version is a three-part series based on the protagonists of the original works as the main story line. Case.1 "Crime and Punishment" will tell the story centered on Sagetsu (Sakura Ayane) and Ginoza (Nojima Kenji); Case.2 "First Guardian" will tell Sugo (Hiroki Higashiji) and Seiji Lu (with Ben Qinlong) as the center of the story; Case.3 "The Other Side of Enmity" will tell the story of Cunning Shenya.
