In a post communist Eastern European country in 1996 the food prices are outrageous and times are tough A little girl steals from the jar containing her poor familys meager savings Then she buys a bar of chocolate from the neighborhood store As the story unfolds the real intentions of the little devil become clear This is a story about the warm relationship between a little girl and her father despite the difficult conditions they have to live in
