"Black Mirror" will be back to haunt you with technological nightmares sooner than expected.

Netflix revealed the release date of Season 5: June 5. The streaming service also unveiled the first trailer, which features Miley Cyrus, Anthony Mackie, Andrew Scott, Topher Grace, and more stars.

Season 5 is comprised of just three episodes — harkening back to the early seasons when the sci-fi anthology drama aired in the U.K.It's unknown how long each of the three episodes will be, nor their titles.

As usual, the show will explore how technology affects society. The trailer teases one story about "one future we should have seen coming." There are glimpses of an Alexa-like doll, a live-cast mental breakdown, and Cyrus as a futuristic pop star.

The cast is rounded out by Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Topher Grace, Damson Idris, Nicole Beharie, Pom Klementieff, Angourie Rice, Madison Davenport and Ludi Lin.

Season 5 has been a long time coming (Season 4 came out in 2017). Creator Charlie Brooker and team made the standalone interactive movie "Bandersnatch" last year, which delayed the new season's arrival.
