"Concussion," the thriller about a doctor who tangled with the NFL after discovering football-related brain trauma in a retired player, will have its world premiere at the AFI Fest in November.

Will Smith plays Dr. Bennet Omalu in a film dramatizing events in the powerful Frontline documentary, “A League of Denial: The NFL’s Concussion Crisis,” which portrayed the NFL as going to great lengths to suppress research and discredit experts who linked the violence of the game with longterm health problems.

"Concussion" will debut Nov. 10 at the TCL Chinese Theater in Hollywood. Watch the trailer below:
