Critics have already revealed that "Doctor Strange" is an extra "trippy" addition to the MCU, and thanks to two new clips, we can see for ourselves.

Both clips center on the titular character: Dr. Stephen Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch), a neurosurgeon who discovers the mystic arts and trains to become the Sorcerer Supreme. As you can imagine, his course changes drastically when that happens; luckily, we get a hint of the progression through the clips.

Life look pretty normal for him in the first of the sneak peeks. We see Dr. Strange at work, where he engages in flirty banter with his co-worker Christine Palmer (Rachel McAdams) and invites her to attend a speaking engagement with him. The colleagues definitely have history -- in fact, she tells him that she doesn't date co-workers because of her "Strange Policy."
Meanwhile, the next clip features a very different encounter. Dr. Strange, now bearded and unkempt, refuses to listen when the Ancient One (Tilda Swinton) tries to help him "see more." When he continues to reject what she says, she's forced to push back -- literally -- in a very, well, "trippy" way.
"Doctor Strange" opens on Nov. 4.
