"Game of Thrones" Season 6 ended with Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke) and her merry band of conquerors finally sailing to Westeros. According to a new report from Watchers on the Wall, Dany will not only make it to King's Landing in Season 7, she'll find her way to the Dragonpit.

The Dragonpit is a giant building on Rhaenys's Hill in King's Landing, where the Targaryens of old would keep their dragons. The Dragonpit is now a ruin, but sources told WotW that we'll see Dany there, so maybe she can restore it for her three fire babies. That's supposing they all make it there OK.

We don't know what's coming other than the assumption that a huge battle is ahead, with Queen Cersei (Lena Headey) on one side and ... everyone? ... on the other. But maybe even "huge battle" is a faulty assumption. As WotW put it, "What comes next, well that we don't know yet. But I don't imagine Queen Cersei will be thrilled to find a Targaryen outside her doors...if Cersei still has her crown by this point."

True. And we don't even know what point that will be in the shortened season. Season 7 is just starting production but probably not quite rolling film yet. For all we know, Dany won't make it to King's Landing -- or to the Dragonpit -- until late in the seven-episode season.

GoT Season 7 is meant to premiere in summer 2017, later than the usual April debut.
