"Game of Thrones" fans who've been dying to visit Westeros themselves will soon be able to do just that: Several "Thrones" shooting locations in Northern Ireland are set to be converted into tourist attractions.

HBO announced the exciting news in a press release on Monday, revealing that the previously top-secret real-life structures and locations that serve as the backdrop for the Emmy-winning series are set to open to the public. Though it has yet to be determined exactly which sets will be making the cut, the locations in the running include Winterfell, Castle Black, and Kings Landing.

And it won't just be the sets themselves on display, according to HBO's press release:

“The Game of Thrones Legacy attractions will be on a scale and scope bigger than anything the public has ever seen. Each site will feature not only the breathtaking sets, but will also exhibit displays of costumes, props, weapons, set decorations, art files, models, and other production materials. The visitor experience will be enhanced by state-of-the-art digital content and interactive materials which will showcase some of the digital wizardry the series is known for.”

A tour of Linen Mills Studios, where much of the rest of the series is shot, will also be part of the experience.

No word yet on when the attraction is set to open, but we imagine it will happen sometime after the eighth and final season wraps. "Game of Thrones" returns to HBO in early 2019.
