If Jennifer Aniston mysteriously woke up to her life in her 20s, she'd find herself in a burgeoning romance with Brad Pitt and at the height of her career on television's most-watched sitcom. Now at the age of 46--recently walking down the aisle with Justin Theroux and starring in two back-to-back underwhelming films in "Cake" and "She's Funny That Way"--it's a life she couldn't possibly have imagined.

Nor would she have imagined her now-estimated $150 million net worth.

So it's no wonder Aniston is in talks to star in the adaptation of Liane Moriarty’s bestselling novel "What Alice Forgot," reports Deadline.

As the titular character Alice, she would play a 40-year-old who suffers head trauma and wakes thinking she's still 25, emotionally frozen in time--still in love with her husband and career. Though, she has to grapple with the reality that her older self is far from what she expected.
