Comedian Ken Jeong was not amused when a blogger who visited the set of his new TV show "Dr. Ken" described the actor's humor as grounded in "over-the-top blackface and yellowface buffoonery."

"The Hangover" star lashed out at writer Christopher T. Fan in Twitter messages and in one particularly profane gif after Fan's story appeared on the Center for Asian American Media website.

Jeong wrote that he invited Fan and his daughter to the set of the ABC show in the spirit of "kindness and respect" only to get slammed online. "We are above board people," wrote Jeong. "And you are not."

He called Fan as "cowardly blogger."

Fan didn't directly comment, but he did retweet a post saying Jeong must have misread the story and that the piece actually said the "show has promise and your comedy sometimes plays with stereotypes."
