Attention, "Stranger Things" fans: There seems to have been a false alarm.

After Season 3 production wrapped last week, some of the stars' social media posts had fans worried that the show might be ending. Since then, though, Millie Bobby Brown has set the record straight. The actress appeared on "The Late Show" to discuss her new role as a UNICEF goodwill ambassador, and she indicated to host Stephen Colbert the concern was for nothing.

"No!" she told Colbert when he asked if her teary photo was because the show is ending. "I'm just a very emotional person."

Brown explained that she was sad to say goodbye to close friend and co-star Sadie Sink as well as the catering team. To calm down worried fans, she added it was the "last day of the season, not the show."

Well, that's good to hear. We can all relax now.

"Stranger Things" Season 3 is due out next summer, and "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert" airs weeknights at 11:35 p.m. ET/PT on CBS.
