Farewell, Kimmy Schmidt!

Netflix released the trailer for the final seven episodes of "Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt," the comedy starring Ellie Kemper as the former kidnapping victim who emerges from captivity to embark on a new life and bring her brand of sunshine to one and all.

In the back half of Season 4 (the first half premiered in May 2018), the eternally cheerful Kimmy is promoting her book, targeted to little boys so they grow up to be decent men.

“The thing that she has to offer the world is this childlike optimism,” co-creator Robert Carlock told Entertainment Weekly. “She can connect to kids, speak their language, and talk about things they get, even if adults don’t. That idea of her finding a way to make the world a better place by getting to kids before society wrecks them is something we’re following through."

There's also a "Sliding Doors"-esque episode where we see what Kimmy's life would've been like had she never been kidnapped. And of course, Titus (Titus Burgess) gets into more romantic and professional scrapes.

The final episodes of "Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt" premiere January 25 on Netflix.
