  • It provides both deep musical pleasures and a touching farewell to the former Beatle. show more

  • It's spookily touching to see this massed group of former rock gods gathered to honor one of their fallen. Bald spots and graying shags predominate; the giant velvet lapels of 1969 have given way to sensible sport coats; the granny glasses are for real. show more

  • Of them all, only McCartney looks out of place, perhaps mistaking the venue for Vegas. There in a nutshell could be the answer to why the Beatles broke up. show more

A fantastic reminder of the musical genius of George and how much he was overshadowed as a Beatle, A lot of younger people could learn a lot from this movie about how music was made years ago. We relied on the God given talent in our hands and pretty basic instruments by today\'s standards, not computers or Pro-tools.
