  • No campy vampire movie, and the early part of the film is well-made enough that the sadness of Vlad’s dilemma is truly felt. show more

  • At times Dracula Untold flirts with dullness so much that it might as well just stick a stake in the heart of Bram Stoker's legacy. show more

  • Dracula Untold is a movie that gives good trailer. That's not surprising because it's a visually arresting saga. Unfortunately, the story in the final, full version is thicker than blood. show more

This movie is much better than the critics scores lead you to believe. After the success of glitter vamps, I can't believe the critics say a word about the non-Bram Stoker type vampire portrayal. Obviously, no one cares about the creators vision anymore. They should just rate the movie independent of tropes that no one cares about anymore. I really enjoyed the movie. And will probably go see it again. Absolutely worth the price of admission. And it will be a must get for my home movie collection in a few months.

Obviously, no one cares about the creators vision anymore. They should just rate the movie independent of tropes that no one cares about anymore. Gives a good reason to become a vampire.
