Enchanting movie. The depiction of the fairies in the film is magical and very realistic. The two young girls in the film are trying to prove that fairies do exist and have a photograph as evidence. This movie is based on an actual incident that took place in England and was eventually debunked. However the film portrays the fairies and the photograph as real. Houdini and Sir Arthur Conan Doyle are brought into the story and give credibility to the girls claim. There is also a surprise ending with a surprise cameo to double your pleasure!. While I realize that the actual photograph was proven to be a hoax in the real world, it did not detract from my viewing pleasure in the least. Quite simply I adored this film and every time I watch it, (probably 15-20 times) I am still delighted and enchanted. One highlight is the house the girls built for the fairies and left in the woods for them to find. I rewind this all the time.
