I can't even give it a one star. I was embarrassed to sit through this rubish. I agree that it was one of the worst movies I have ever seen. Pointless!

If your a guy you'll like it... A chick flick made for a guy who wants to be a player... but in the end you don't want to be cause you feel bad for all the girls you've hurt. All these bad reviews must have come from women that don't like what goes on through guys head and prob don't have boyfriends. I liked it a lot and so did my girlfriend. We are 25 and 27 and the roll McConaghey plays just reinforces the idea of being single and and having fun is the way too go... Oh the days when I was single are much missed after watching this movie!

This movie was a total disappointment. I was expecting more of a comdey-romance movie instead of a perverted one. I was really disappointed in Matthew McConaghey role. He'll need to star in another REALLY GOOD movie to wipe out this impression this movie made of him. I wasn't expecting so much sex talk and harsh, filthy talk about females. Although I loved the first ghost. She was a real character now. But other than that...not impressed. So I rate this a 1 star. Very disappointing.
