I love this movie...although not for young children, I watch this with my teenagers and we all laugh our asses off. People that gave this movie poor... reviews either were offended by the crude comedy or just didn't get it. I think this movie is full of comedic talent. Dane Cook was hysterical, Alec Baldwin...wonderfully funny, Kate Hudson...went out of her safety zone and rocked it. Love this movie. Full Review

I pity all the teens and young adults who watch this and think it's the real world - or that this is the hip way to act. Even more so, the thought... ares me to death. According to this film, you should screw anything and everything, as often as possible, without the slightest thought given to responsibility, human connection or fatal disease - and put the pursuit of sex before anything else in life. Sad. An unrealistic, superficial script, and even worse direction. Full Review

Great cast and lots of laughs. Bring a friend because it's worth the laughs on the way home. lol Definitely worth box office ticket price. Will watch this one again on DVD for sure. Full Review

I really enjoyed this movie because I went to be entertained. I laughed throughout, and was impressed by the way they kept the story tied together.... I recommend it for those who can loosen up a little, put away your pompus, righteous self and laugh. It was not meant to be taken seriously or win an Oscar, it was what it was... very funny and in a way some of you missed, it was about being willing to give it all for love. Full Review

Manages to distract auds from the predictability of the plot with fusillades of profanely funny dialogue and some playfully sexy chemistry generated by Cook and Hudson.Full Review

Eventually the conventions of romantic comedy take hold, with the humor declining precipitously.Full Review

A date not entirely to be skipped. It's a movie tailor-made for those who think it's a turn-on to passionately kiss someone to whom they've just said, "I hate you."Full Review

The actors (especially Alec Baldwin, as Tank's horndog dad) elevate the material slightly, but such piffle will just fill you with longing...for a better movie.Full Review

My Best Friend's Girl isn't just a misfire; it's a misfire compounded by a chain of miscalculations, and it's hard to figure out who this could appeal to (except, perhaps, Dane Cook's fan club).Full Review
