Just saw PERSECUTED last night. Enjoyed every minute of it and felt it was a very well-paced thriller. Despite critics' reviews that it was unbalanced, I felt the message of writer and director was to leave the Free Speech Amendment to do its magic and to offer another look-see into the meddling of government into private lives; i.e., religion, and the greed and hypocrisy that is rife in our society. The message of the protagonist we're never exactly sure of, but just that he speaks his piece freely based on prayerful, thoughtful consideration -- a Right granted to every American by the Bill of Rights. He never tries to impose his views but stands respectfully for what he believes and struggles to keep alive in an increasingly "might-makes-right: society~

All the liberal critics pan this movie. No Christian or conservative is surprised. This is the point of the entire movie. Christianity under attack from the liberal media, from the Democratic party and this administration, from radical Islam. ..Christianity includes "judgement" and that is a word the left works tirelessly to avoid and destroy....your very reviews reflect this fact. To say its "racist" to have a nearly all white cast is absurd and another example of the left introducing the race card where it has NO place. Have you ever seen a Tyler Perry movie?? Is it racist of him and his nearly all black cast ??The greatest enemy facing this once great nation today is not Putin, Immigration or radical jihadists...by far it is the left and the cancer of LIBERALISM

the story disappoints as it gets more absurd as it moves along---the lead actor goes overboard in acting, but its totally watchable but wait until DVD---grade C-
