I saw this movie in an entirely different view.......the movie though done in 1996 is a \"made for TV\" drama.....You also did not give any credit to Edward Norton, without whom the whole movie would be be as you described.....Richard Gere,though is good as a suave, handsome \"Pretty Man\" ,is not an actor that can embody a different personality. He has the same expressions
