Jorden Sparks is wonderful and incredible as well as the girls who played her sisters. They reall did a great job of taking me back in

Great movie. The music was great. A movie that I can see with my family. Tika, Carmen and Whitney stood out.

I loved it..Can't wait for the DVD....I agree I wish I could have seen more of Whitney, but the overall cast was good. I was in the audience routing for the girls.

Sparkle was entertaining but lacked the drama in the original movie. There was never a big climatic, on the edge of your seat moment. It was pretty cut and dry. SPOILER ALERT The rewrite on Sister's storyline added a little drama, but at the end of the day. . .it was flat. Whitney Houston sings a bit and Tamela Mann does not sing at all. I know the movie is supposed to be about Sparkle,

I was very disappointed in this movie...couldn't wait for it to end! I did feel sad watching Whitney and thinking...what a waste of talent...she died so young.
