Was not all that impressed. Way too much time spent on digital destruction. And again the concession stand makes an error. I ask for diet coke. Got the real thing...didnt want it.

NO MOVIE is perfect. EVERY MOVIE could be better. And since I can't give 4 1/2 stars, Man of Steel gets 5 from me. Many of the \"problems\" that critics and naive fans have with the movie are misunderstood, when in fact, they are what make the movie so wonderful and unique. Such as the ending.

Very good movie, just a tad too long. Nice reboot. Amy Adams, Kevin Costner, Russell Crowe were amazing. Will buy on DVD when it comes out.

I thought it was a bit \"too much\". I had a \"special effects hangover\" after watching this...alot of eye candy, not alot of substance.

What it fails to supply much of — surprisingly, it must be said — is fun. This is serious business, Snyder seems always to be saying. This is badass. And given the sheer logistical size of the spectacle on display, it's a position that's hard to argue with. Full Review

The story, while sometimes soaring, is other times grounded by a hyperactive and numbing vibe. But Henry Cavill has the strapping good looks of the comic icon, and humanity to match his superheroism. Full Review

Here's one more studio extravaganza brought down by numbing action and an addiction to generic digital effects. Full Review

The serious-minded result has many super-cool moments. But when it gets clunky, it’s super-meh. Full Review

Deploying an impeccable American accent, Brit Henry Cavill may be as charming as the late great Christopher Reeve. Full Review
