On the outside, Killer Elite seems to be an awesome action flick with an amazing cast and it being based on the true story of Danny Bryce. But on the inside, its not that great. It has no main conflic... t really and it is basically another Jason Statham movie. Blood, Sex, and Violence are the keywords in this film. I was dissapointed about about all these flaws in this movie. Full Review
A solid action movie - A solid spy-action set-up with just the right amount of DeNiro. A great Spy-twister with a limited backstory, but enough action to make up for the difference. Well worth the $... 6 On-Demand! Statham and Owen make this an enjoyable action bit, while seeing DeNiro in a slightly more subdued, although still exciting, role is just what the Dr. ordered. An intriguing story with a poorly written screenplay. Movies made from books must transform the story into seemingly real life. Books can get away with sappy, and even melodramatic dialogue; not so mu... ch in movies. It takes a great screenwriter to achieve the transition from book to movie. This one failed. Full Review
