In 1987, Jordan Belfort (Leonardo DiCaprio) takes an entry-level job at a Wall Street brokerage firm. By the early 1990s, while still in his 20s, Belfort founds his own firm, Stratton Oakmont. Together with his trusted lieutenant (Jonah Hill) and a merry band of brokers, Belfort makes a huge fortune by defrauding wealthy investors out of millions. A half hour too long...ha, gets me every time. During the movie, it is truly long, swearing every 2 seconds, sex, but not as often as you'd expect...the movie has an actual point tho. You're gunna have to watch the movie yourself to figure it out. Watching it with a parent is the best way to figure it out, tho. Just be mindful that the movie doesn't build, it's crazy the whole way through. there are laugh out loud parts, and scenes that can get immediatey out of hand. the next crazy film to watch, good fellows ;)
