Hearing loss is an epidemic that impacts hundreds of millions of people around the world. Starkey Hearing Foundation, a global nonprofit, is trying to lessen the impact of the disorder by providing free hearing aids to people in need. Spearheading the effort are the organization's founders, Bill and Tani Austin, and their son, Steven Sawalich. "Operation Change" follows the family's travels, along with volunteers and celebrity philanthropists, to varied world regions to distribute the devices. Notables who help the global charity include President Bill Clinton, fashionista Donna Karan, singer Elton John, boxer Manny Pacquiao, and pro football player Larry Fitzgerald.
