Now we're talking! Forget the Golden Globe Awards and its category randomness. ("The Martian" is a musical or comedy? OK then.) The 21st annual Critics' Choice Awards nominations were just revealed -- including both TV and film categories -- and they added a lot of new players to the game. Some welcome players, too. (Nice to see you, "The Leftovers" and "UnREAL.") And maybe some not-so welcome players. (Tom Hardy gets an action star nod for "Mad Max: Fury Road"? He was barely in it.)

The winners will be named January 17 and the ceremony will air live on A&E, hosted by T.J. Miller.
