"Justice League" director Zack Snyder celebrated his 51st birthday by treating fans to their first look at Aquaman's (Jason Momoa) underwater world. And it was good.

DC fans have been curious to see how Atlantis might translate on screen, and here's a sneak peek:

Impressive! The visuals as well as Momoa's sixpack. And it's kind of cute how it looks like Snyder is taping a show at the local aquarium.

In "Justice League," Ben Affleck's Bruce Wayne/Batman and Gal Gadot's Diana Prince/Wonder Woman recruit a new team of allies, including Arthur Curry/Aquaman, Victor Stone/Cyborg (Ray Fisher), and Barry Allen/The Flash (Ezra Miller).

Aquaman will go from there to his own movie in 2018, directed by James Wan and co-starring Amber Heard, Nicole Kidman, Willem Dafoe, Patrick Wilson, and Yahya Abdul-Mateen II.

Snyder also directed "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" but fans have been told that "Justice League" will be "a lot more fun." It will be released in theaters November 17th, 2017.
