Djimon Hounsou of "Blood Diamond" fame will play one of the Bosleys in the upcoming reboot of "Charlie's Angels."

He joins fellow Bosleys Elizabeth Banks (who's also directing) and Patrick Stewart in the remake.

Kristen Stewart, Naomi Scott, and Ella Balinska will star as the new generation of angels, who are just one team of highly skilled agents working for the Townsend Agency around the world. (Hence the multiple Bosleys.)

No one has yet been announced to play (or simply voice) the mysterious Charlie. The late John Forsythe was Charlie in the original '70s series and the two previous films.

The movie will hit theaters on September 27, 2019.

Next up for Honsou: He'll be back in the MCU as Korath the Pursuer in Captain Marvel." Over at DC, he's the Wizard in "Shazam!" and the Fisherman King in "Aquaman."
