Pull my string, "Toy Story 4" is getting closer and closer to hitting theaters.

Both Tom Hanks (Woody) and Tim Allen (Buzz Lightyear) tweeted Wednesday about having recorded their final lines in the film. Their messages were a bit bittersweet, so we're prepared for the movie to make us highly emotional -- just like the others have.

"Final line, final session as Woody of Toy Story 4," Hanks wrote. "We rode like the wind, to infinity and beyond."

Meanwhile, Allen's post was even more poignant. He admitted that finishing his lines took an emotional toll, plus sang the film's praises.

"Finished my Buzz for Toy Story 4 today and it got emotional," Allen wrote. "Wonderful full body story. You are all going to love the work this incredible team at Pixar created. We are all going to love this story....man its [sic] got everything."

Hanks has said in the past that the film packs an punch. In November, he shared on "The Chris Evans Breakfast Show" that he realized the ending is "a moment in history."

"The emotional range of the movies has become more and more deep and profound and affecting," Hanks added in the interview, per Today.

We're only months away from finding out for ourselves. In the meantime, a new sneak peak will arrive Sunday.

"Toy Story 4" opens June 21.
