Melissa Castañeda Biography
Tijuana, 1998. She is a co-producer of TRAVESÍAS, directed by Sergio Flores Thorija, which premiered at the Morelia International Film Festival. As part of Violeta Cine she is a producer and co-writer of Los Fundadores, feature film by Diego Hernández awarded at FICUNAM, FIDMarseille and ZINEBI. His second film, Agua Caliente, will premiere in 2022.
She is currently co-producing Solo tengo sed, Matt Porterfield's fifth feature, the project was part of CineMart IFFR.
