Clark James Gable, the grandson of "Gone With the Wind" star Clark Gable, and host of reality show "Cheaters" was found dead on Friday morning in Texas. He was 30.

The actor, who was also known as Clark Gable III, was found unresponsive, according to his sister Kayley Gable's post on Facebook.

Variety, who confirmed the death, reported he died at the Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas.

His mother, Tracy Yarro Scheff, also shared the sad news on Instagram, writing, "It’s with an extremely heavy heart we say goodbye to my beautiful son Clark. He passed this morning. I will always be next to you my beautiful son." (His stepfather is  Jason Scheff, former bassist in the band Chicago.)

Gable was filming a crime drama titled "Sunset At Dawn" and had recently wrapped the comedy-drama "Heckle” before his death, Variety reports. Family members told TMZ, he was in Texas for filming.

They also said he had no known health conditions, although he survived a stabbing by a fellow partygoer in 2009.

His father is John Gable II (aka John Clark Gable), the son of actress Kay Williams and Clark Gable, who was known as the King of Hollywood in the '30s and '40s. John was born four months after his famous father's death in 1960.
