Everyone loves the Minions!
Beginning with 'Despicable Me' in 2010, which has spawned three sequels and the 'Minions' prequel spinoff series, the franchise has now grossed over $5 billion worldwide,
Opening in theaters on July 1st is the third 'Minions' movie entitled 'Minions & Monsters', which was directed by Pierre Coffin, who is also the voice of the titled characters.
In honor of the new release, Moviefone is counting down every 'Despicable Me' and 'Minions' movie from worst to best, including the latest.

7. 'Despicable Me 4' (2024)

Gru (Steve Carell) and Lucy (Kristen Wiig) and their girls, Margo (Miranda Cosgrove), Edith (Dana Gaier) and Agnes (Madison Polan), welcome a new member to the Gru family, Gru Jr., who is intent on tormenting his dad. Gru also faces a new nemesis in Maxime Le Mal (Will Ferrell) and his femme fatale girlfriend Valentina (Sofia Vergara), forcing the family to go on the run.

This is the rambunctious, ridiculous and totally true story of how the Minions conquered Hollywood, became movie stars, lost everything, unleashed monsters onto the world and then banded together to try and save the planet from the mayhem they had just created.
