'Night School' (January 1)

Haddish is his no-nonsense teacher who doesn't take any BS from her students.

'Bad Times at the El Royale' (January 1)

A star-studded cast — including Jeff Bridges, Dakota Johnson, Jon Hamm and Chris Hemsworth — gathers at a rundown hotel in Lake Tahoe with a dark past. Everyone has a secret to bury, and over the course of one night, seek redemption. This mystery thriller is chock full of twists and turns, building up to a shocking end.

'The Old Man and the Gun' (January 1)

It's an outrage Robert Redford has never received an acting Oscar, but maybe Academy members will finally recognize his last performance before retirement. He stars in this true story-inspired tale of Forrest Tucker, who escapes prison at the age of 70 and goes on to pull off a series of daring heists, confounding law enforcement and enchanting the public. Available on Digital HD January 1.

'State Like Sleep' (January 1)

In this thriller, a young widow (Katherine Waterston) haunted by the death of her husband (Michiel Huisman) is rocked when she receives a phone call that forces her to revisit the past. It leads her to a secret gentleman's club, which only provokes to more questions. Available on Digital HD January 1.
