Enjoyed the movie. Thought the story was well told and understandable. Their was no overacting by any of the characters.Very realistically done.Whole cast well acted and there was nooveracting. The story is more documentary and is not made to be a Hollywood story but a realistic story.Angelie Jolie was perfect with her dialect, mannerisms and was a ideal casting . Told a good story about

This movie put all three of us who saw it today asleep several times and it was in the afternoon! This movie is so boring and slow. It is a sad true story but should not have been made into a feature movie. A TV docudrama would have been much better.

"A Mighty Heart" Bombed for two reasons.First, the majority of the movie audienceare young people between 18 and 25 andthey would rather see Agelina swinging]from a rope, than a human interest story.Second, Hollywood has shot themselves inthe foot because the've shoved so manyaction and adventure movies down theirthroats that that's all they want to see. That is why you don't see too many

Emotionally and viscerally compelling and retains a suspenseful, edge-of-the-seat quality. Full Review

This is one of those roles where casting can't help but trump acting. Like Elizabeth Taylor as Cleopatra, Angelina Jolie IS Mariane Pearl--and that marquee-size "is" gets in the way, not of her performance, but of our ability to suspend disbelief and watch it. Full Review

The film is fascinating and at times disturbing, but Winterbottom's arms-length style mutes any emotional impact. Full Review

The film's point of view is inevitably that of an outsider, which Danny Pearl was, and menace is the essence of this shattering story, which has been told with skill and urgent conviction. A Mighty Heart makes the terms of the terrorist threat palpable. Full Review
