This is a sweet screen version of the famous comics character; Lea Thompson plays Alice Michell, who has her hands full. She must go to work, and leave moppet son Dennis (Mason Gamble) , at day care. ... Dennis is slapstick hilarious, as he meets a real criminal who steps into town. The viewer cracks up, at the torture Dennis puts Switchblade Sam (Lloyd) through. Legendary actor Matthau, plays neighbor Mr. Wilson, who finds a headache in his cute but not so innocent, neighbor's son. Legendary actress Plowright plays sweet Martha, who has a handle on her husband's anger and still loves him. This film is so wonderful, and I enjoy it wholeheartedly! Full Review
