Maybe one star. Bill Murray was totally miscast - he didn't have the aristocratic look or manner of speech that FDR had. The plot was weak, and the movie dragged.

Hated it. Don't believe it.Wanted to hear speeches and serious discussions at a very critical time in history.

This movie is slow and a disappointment. They did not portray in the move the many admirable things that Roosevelt did as president, instead they focus o his relationship with his distant cousin. If they were going to go through the trouble of making a movie about his life, you would think that would have done it about his admirable contributions to society - not the smut that is out there.

Great performance by Bill Murray. In fact the acting was pretty much flawless. It was not enough to save the flaws of the script. I felt like the movie had no beginning or end. The octogenarians in the theater all said it was to slow. That says something.

Outstanding! This is what film making today should be instead of the cheap juvenile trash being put out to pander to the lowest common denominator of theatre goers.
