It's the perfect Valentine's date night movie, but only with someone you hate. show more

    Mick LaSalle San Francisco Chronicle

A very funny romantic comedy that nicely combines Adam Sandler's acerbic sweetness with Aniston's down-to-earth warmth. show more

    Scott Bowles USA Today

For added heehaws, the normally dependable Nick Swardson comes along to act the ass and delve into some of Sandler's more nuanced scatological humor. show more

    Steven Rea Philadelphia Inquirer

Sandler, shambling and smirky, delivers another of those one-take performances of his - likable and lazy, forever on the verge of cracking himself up. show more

Elizabeth Weitzman New York Daily News

A witless rom-com that is only marginally watchable. show more

    Todd McCarthy The Hollywood Reporter

The predicable, overlong romantic farce has enough sass and sex appeal to appease fans of stars Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston. show more

The shame of it is, all this ridiculousness might have worked under surer hands. After all, farces are supposed to be a little silly, and the audience, for lack of a better phrase, can be trained to just go with it. The trick? Don't treat us like a bunch of Palmers. show more

Just Go With It attempts to merge farce and romantic comedy with the Sandler sensibility, and the result is a story that evades where it should engage and a whiplash tone that dispirits when it should delight. show more

Stephen Cole The Globe and Mail (Toronto)

The Super Bowl MVP is awarded a trip to Disneyland. Maybe in the future, he should be awarded a part in an Adam Sandler movie. There is no bigger male fantasy land. show more

Seeing her (Kidman) in junk like this is a bit like watching the Queen of England eat a Taco Bell chalupa. show more

Overall, some funny stuff but not a great movie. As always, Jen is great. She makes the film. Adam does not fit into the roll. Would have been better and more believable with some one else filling the role. He is a comedian at heart and he didn\'t make the transition to romatic lead. Sorry, but didn\'t work. Movie did not have enough development of characters before moving into serious, getting married relationship. One minute they meet and next minute there discussing ways to meet the ex-wife. Overall, not a bad movie but not a good one either. Maybe a 5.

This was the funniest movie I have seen in a LONG time. We laughed out loud in the theatre -- along with the rest of the audience. This is one DVD I will buy.
