  • Director-screenwriter Ben Wheatley brings a fresh mystery and bite to the hitman genre, although a deeply weird twist and buckets of gore may throw more than a few audience members. show more

  • Wheatley drops enough unnerving bread crumbs in the first two-thirds to leave you wondering where the hell he's headed, and even the big finale should be satisfying enough: It just belongs to a different movie, and it's unsettling in a way that doesn't feel earned. show more

  • Following up his acclaimed debut feature "Down Terrace," a gangster drama that also mixed genre shocks with dark comedy and explosive family spats, Wheatley gives Kill List a discordant tone that makes it feel like a horror film even when it isn't. show more

Graphic violence with many plot sequences which do not help the languid narrative to reinforce much needed depth to a subject, which had potential. In general a very weak effort, infantile and lacking in direction although some good acting performances from the men give it 2 stars. The main character\'s wife sorry, but does not pass off for being Swedish.

If i could describe Kill List in one word it would be: Crazy. At the beginning it starts to make you wonder what i going on and what is going to happen while progressing slowly. Displaying powerful emotions and acting, Kill List just grows into what you would want to be kept as a nightmare. Kill List will make you clench your fist and bite your lip, hoping the suspense will end soon. And just when you think the craziness has ended, think again.
