    Frank Scheck The Hollywood Reporter

A thoroughly undistinguished addition to a genre that probably reached its peak a quarter-century ago with "An American Werewolf in London." show more

    Maitland McDonagh TV Guide

Adds little to the annals of werewolf lore. But it's briskly paced and features a couple of clever twists on genre conventions. show more

    The Globe and Mail (Toronto)

A Canadian-made werewolf thriller, Skinwalkers occasionally rises above its station as a standard-issue horror flick to deliver some enjoyably cheeseball thrills. show more

  • 38
    Ty Burr Boston Globe

Watching the movie is a little like picking up issue #42 of a comic book after you've skipped the first 41: There's an entire back story mythos hovering in the background like a phantom limb. show more

    James Berardinelli ReelViews

It stands alongside this year's other werewolf disaster, "Blood and Chocolate," in illustrating why the moon should set on the werewolf movie. show more

    Marc Savlov Austin Chronicle

Shapeshifters-lite. Fangs but no fangs. show more

  • 40
    Chuck Wilson L.A. Weekly

The only thing more boring than a vampire with moral issues about biting people in the neck is a werewolf who’d rather become fully human than howl at the moon once a month. show more

  • 40
    Los Angeles Times

There's a lot that remains unclear about the powers and abilities of the creatures in Skinwalkers, largely robbing the film of tension as events transpire in a slapdash, haphazard manner. show more

  • 40
    Joe Leydon Variety

Plays more like '70s drive-in fare than a monster mash of recent vintage. show more

  • 20
Jeannette Catsoulis The New York Times

Yawningly directed by Jim Isaac, Skinwalkers is a slavering mess that buries its clunky addiction metaphor beneath a welter of genre clichés, all delivered in extra-slow motion. show more

Blade Runner is based on Philip K. Dick's dystopian vision of the future. By exploring the validity of memories he examines what it means to be human, or not. The Replicants had only a short time to "live," telescoping their life "experience" in to a rather brief 4 year life span. Are they less human because they were genetically engineered by Eldon Tyrell, or are they just a different, albeit advanced life-form that society will either accept, of just try to stamp out. As Ray Kurzweil has said, "The Singularity in Near." We may all be bioengineered in what is now, the not so distant future.

I have seen CHAK DE INDIA 6 times now, only in the cinema. I still have to buy the Original DVD for the movie. There is something about this movie that took me to the cinema 6 times and still I'll watch it tommorow again. Every dialogue delivery, everyone's acting, every second of the music and the movie itself is MORE than perfect. I have given this movie 10/10 every single time i saw it. Everyone should watch this movie, whether he/she likes sports or not. I loved and still love Komal. She did an excellent job in the movie.

I completely enjoyed the film, it had many of the elements of Underworld, though now its one tribe of werewolves battling another larger tribe. Lots of gun violence, minimal gore, absent sexual content, good acting, good casting. I understand it was cut to make it PG13 which is a shame because according to this weekends box office it didnt crack the top 10 anyway. they may as well have left it an R rated film.
