This movie made Water World seem like an academy award winner for best picture. Terrible acting, ridiculous characters, coupled with a preposterous story line resulted in the worst movie I've seen in years, and I've seen some stinkers.
This movie was absurd. Imagine "twelve monkeys" meets "polar Express". You could poke a thousand holes in the hole movie, but my question was why they even had the rear of the train people. Maybe if they were needed to shovel coal or something. Just because a film maker lays a heavy guilt trip about the moral unfairness of society doesn't make it a good movie. I would like the "professional" reviewers to please refund my $6.99 rental fee. If you feel compelled to rent this movie I would recommend getting stoned first. Might help.
This movie is abominable - skip it. Dark, icky, way too long, and an ABSURD ending. I did like the polar bear though.
