The North remembers, and so does Twitter.
"Game of Thrones" Season 7 didn't waste any time in busting out the big guns. Just minutes into the premiere episode -- spoiler alert! -- Arya Stark (Maisie Williams) got the vengeance she and fans have craved since Season 3. While wearing the face of Walder Frey (David Bradley), she was able to get his family to drink poison and die bloody deaths, effectively creating a reverse Red Wedding. Needless to say, the people of Twitter couldn't contain their reactions.
Given how traumatized and saddened "Game of Thrones" fans were to see beloved members of the Stark family brutally murdered in the original Red Wedding, Arya's revenge was met with extreme satisfaction; basically all tweets on the subject applauded the youngest Stark daughter. Season 7 will almost definitely bring more heartbreaking deaths before it ends, so in the meantime, we're taking some time to celebrate with the authors of the tweets below.
