As "Grey's Anatomy" prepares for its 300th (!) episode, slated to debut in November, ABC is honoring the venerable medical soap with a companion web series that takes a closer look at some of the show's biggest moments.

The six-part digital series, titled "Grey's Anatomy: Post-Op," will be hosted by Gordon James (a.k.a. "Grey's" character Nurse Gregory), and feature appearances from the cast, crew, producers, and writers. Here's the scoop on what fans can expect from the show, according to Entertainment Weekly:

James and Co. will get together to look back at over a decade's worth of on-call room hookups, tragic deaths (sob, McDreamy, sob), and rare medical mysteries that can only be solved by the Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital docs.

Each new episode will also give viewers a behind-the-scenes look at some of the most standout scenes from the past 13 seasons of the ABC series and an exclusive sneak peek at upcoming episodes.

With 14 seasons' worth of content to cover, we have no doubt that there will be plenty of juicy moments for "Post-Op" to unpack. "Grey's" fans can look for the series to debut on ABC.com and the ABC app beginning on October 4.

The 300th episode of "Grey's Anatomy" will air on ABC on November 9.
