Ryan Wilk Biography

Ryan Wilk is a visual effects producer at Digital Domain based in the Greater Los Angeles Area. He has worked in the visual effects industry since the late 2000s, progressing through production and management roles encompassing coordination, production management, digital production, and visual effects production. Wilk holds a Bachelor of Arts in Cinema Critical Studies from the University of Southern California, which he completed in 2007, and he also gained early industry exposure as an intern at Marvel Studios in 2006.

Wilk joined Digital Domain in 2012 as a visual effects coordinator and advanced steadily within the company, serving as visual effects production manager from 2015 to 2017, digital producer from 2017 to 2018, and VFX producer from 2018 onward. In these roles, he has been involved in large-scale studio productions that require complex pipeline coordination, client relations, and executive-level communication.

His credits at Digital Domain include work on X-Men: Days of Future Past (2014), Pixels (2015), X-Men: Apocalypse (2016), The Fate of the Furious (2017), Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017), Thor: Ragnarok (2017), Captain Marvel (2019), Black Widow (2021), Spider-Man: No Way Home (2021), Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania (2023), and Thunderbolts* (2025).

In addition to feature films, Wilk has contributed as a visual effects producer on a couple of Marvel Studios' episodic television shows, including Echo (2023) and Agatha All Along (2024). His international credits also include the international film Creation of the Gods II: Demon Force (2025). Before his tenure at Digital Domain, Wilk worked at the creative studio yU+co, where he held positions including production coordinator and associate producer.

During this period, he contributed to the main title and motion design work for films such as Shrek Forever After (2010), Hot Tub Time Machine (2010), Green Lantern (2011), Conan the Barbarian (2011), and Glee: The 3D Concert Movie (2011).
