The Cat and the Bell (1938)

A family of starving mice try to come up with an idea to get past the cat guarding the food After the youngest mouse trips over a bell they come up with a plan to tie the bell to the cats tail so they can hear when its coming The youngest mouse is elected to the dangerous task After numerous attempts the mouse finds himself running for his life When the cat catches up he accidentally swallows the bell to the delight of the mice
