In 2019, the French gave five billion euros to charities. And companies have understood the importance of this for their image. Their donations to NGOs are constantly increasing: 3.5 billion euros this year. But this generosity of large groups may have a hidden side. In 2021, according to figures from the French National Health Insurance, 72% of the amount of fraud detected will be committed by health professionals.
