Plot Summary
A cat wandering across the roofs of a small Dutch town eats some garbage and is suddenly transformed into a human woman who decides to call herself Minoes (Carice van Houten). She meets a journalist named Tibbe (Theo Maassen), who is investigating a nefarious plot in the village involving a bogus animal-rights organization. Minoes employs her feline powers to spy on the suspected evildoers and relays her information to Tibbe, who works tirelessly to break the story.

  • The movie is probably ideal for those proverbial young girls who adore cats, and young boys, too. I can't recommend it for adults attending on their own, unless they really, really love cats. show more
