I laughed hysterically, but in the interest of balanced reporting, I should add that the guy parked next to me at the screening - a boyfriend who was there under duress - emitted a series of low guttural noises suggesting profound psychological anguish. show more

When it comes to comedies about pregnancy, "Knocked Up" and "Baby Mama" delivered more. This sitcom style exercise in planned parenthood is blandly predictable. If it were a cheese, it would be Velveeta. show more

Jennifer Lopez carries this thin concept about as far and as well as she can, with Alex O'Loughlin in his first leading-man outing managing not to get lost in the shuffle. show more

Lopez, appearing in her first rom-com since “Monster-in-Law” five years ago, is still a likable screen presence who throws herself into the movie’s slapstick sequences with unwarranted enthusiasm. show more

Lopez smiles, whines, and blinks her way through this movie. She seems more relaxed than she ever has. And yet it seems like she’s hiding in romantic comedies, lest we discover that she doesn’t have a “Monster’s Ball’’ or even a “Blind Side’’ in her. show more

This is the film to watch when pretty much everything else has been sold out and the only remaining choices are The Back-Up Plan and the latest Rob Schneider opus. show more

O’Loughlin is the very definition of comic dead weight. Imagine making Greg Kinnear carry half of "Baby Mama," or sending Tina Fey out with Matthew Fox on "Date Night" and you’ll get the picture. show more

Tiresome, trite, NOT FUNNY, poorly acted, poor script. It is easily the worst movie I have seen in years. I can't believe that the critics did not pan it entirely.

She is really great... but I hate all of her movies! Sorry J. Lo, your love don't cost a thing, but I'd like my money back from this one.

WHAT EVERYBODY HAS SAID ABOUT THIS MOVIE ABOVE IS PROBABLY WHAT IS TO BE SAID ABOUT THIS MOVIE. Still, it is entertaining and unacceptable at more than one level. Yet we love JLo and the cute guy. But if I am going to state my dipleasure I have to say I have concerns about the issues regarding childbirth. I'm worried since I've raised my children and they are over 40. I'm thinking I don't like the way we go about modernly making babies assuming that the baby is just going to love how he.she was born. It's not a big worry since life is always a question mark. But when JLo's character get through having babies she will have a nation but will it be united or separated out into camps...like people tend to do within their psychology. But hey, life is a bowl of cherries, all different shapes, sizes and bruises. --MO
