A flabby farce that might win a pass at the box office because it's just so cute and family friendly. But where's your edge, guys? Where are the laughs that walk a tightrope? show more

This vaguely funny film is also the saddest and most depressing movie of 2013. show more

Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson may be the worst interns since Monica Lewinsky. show more

You need only watch the trailer to know that The Internship is a promo for Google; think Google for Dummies, as well as Summer Comedy for Dummies. It's as if the writers googled "how to write a script" and nothing came up, so they wrote this anyway. show more

The Internship itself would be kind of charming, too, if this Google-recruitment film, this 119-minute commercial for Googliness, weren't so downright creepy. show more

Who let an unfunny, irritatingly acted two-hour commercial for Google onto multiplex screens? show more

The actors do what they can to supply the texture missing from the script. Vaughn and Wilson riff together with pleasing professionalism. show more

In fact, The Internship rivals the aggressively bland “Larry Crowne” for sheer tepidness, if not worse due to the exhaustive product placement for a company whose real-life presence is unlikely to soon wane. show more

The Internship is the movie version of a goofy dog that knows only a few tricks but keeps on looking at you and wagging his tail, daring you not to like him. Down, boy. You win. show more

Shawn Levy's occasionally uproarious, warm-hearted comedy is about different generations educating each other, but it never seems rote. show more

Just bag of lies. No one deals with pathological loosers these two guys are. Especially companies like Google.

So sorry we didn\'t check the reviews before seeing this lousy movie. Sick of the filthy language too. Apparently movies are made for illiterates or juveniles these days who only know how to converse in foul language.

I loved it because I could totally relate.

Movie was great and full of humor that made all of us laugh until we couldn\'t breathe. Loved Vince and Owen. Daniel was adorable to my two thirteen year old daughters. 5 stars for us. Might not be good for little kids because of the sexual scenes but it is a definite movie to take your teens.

Took two 13-year-old boys and was horrified by the amount of sexual stuff (jokes, strip club scene, bad language). Nothing in the reviews I read even mentioned that, so I thought it was safe. Almost walked out. Otherwise, I thought it was funny with a good story line. Better for older kids/adult

I don\'t know why this movie is getting so much negativity. Me and my boyfriend went to see it, we had a great time. And for the \"I walked out\" people, sheesh, how boring are you? Sure its not the best comedy of the year but it was funny and had a nice ending.

Very interesting movie. I was pleasantly surprised. It may be the best one of the year. Do not ask for butter on your popcorn if its the sweet guy. I had a large greasy spot on my grey slacks when I exited the theater. The blond girl is by far the most beautiful lady I have ever seen on this planet

Typical Vince/Owen movie unfortunately showed the best lines on the commercial teasers. Vince seems to be on speed but is tempered with Owen\'s more laid back personality (thank goodness). I enjoyed it even though you could almost predict the outcome.
