  • In a year of craptaculars, The Tourist deserves burial at the bottom of the 2010 dung heap. It offers talented people trapped in creative inertia. A microscope and a search party could not discover any trace of chemistry between Johnny Depp and Angelina Jolie. show more

  • There are all kinds of bad movies in the world, but it's really only stardom that can create the exact variety of cinematic abortion we find in The Tourist. show more

  • It may be the only movie ever to feature a bad performance by Johnny Depp, one of the best actors working in films. show more

I have seen 24 of Johnny Depp\'s movies but my favorites by far are The Tourist (seen a minimum of 17 times) and Benny and Joon (seen a minimum 0f 10 times). I also liked Charley and the Chocolate Factory, Public Enemy, Pirates of the Carribean, and Rango. I did not however like Fear and Loathing (the F word) or Sweeney Todd but as long as there is a Jack Sparrow around Brad Pitt can take a back seat on the bus. I am 72 but Johnny Depp is my all time favorite no matter what he puts his talents into.

Loved Depp in this. Twist at the end made it a better movie than it actually was but I would watch it again. Imagine that, Depp with no eye-liner!! lol
